Mark Pardoe MW, a Master of Wine, has spent decades travelling the world's wine regions, finding the wines that most people never get the chance to try. The Wine Collection at The Cellar Door is his selection, and it is unlike anything you will find on the high street.
These are the wines Mark has brought home to us. Not exclusive, but elusive, and well worth seeking out. Every producer shares our belief that great wine begins with great stewardship, of the land, the people and the future, with a unique personality and sense of place that you won't find on ordinary shelves. With wines ranging from £20 to £50, there is something for every occasion.
The only way to taste and buy them is to come and find us. Our enomatic machine means you can explore the range before you decide, and for a small corkage fee you can take your bottle upstairs to enjoy on our sun-drenched terrace, with a pizza from the Courtyard or at a table in the Restaurant.

Our exciting new range of wines has been carefully selection by Mark Pardoe MW and Jim Birch, our Cellar Door Supervisor.
Mark Pardoe has been a Master of Wine since 1989 and is currently the Wine Director at Berry Bros. & Rudd. Needless to say, he brings both a stellar palate and an eye for discovery to the table.
Many will already have had the pleasure of meeting Jim, who has a background in wine retail and an enthusiasm for the endless discovery of new wines, styles and producers available to us.
All wines and producers chosen fit into our benchmarks for sustainable production. As such, you can expect to find wines true to the terroir that makes them, with producers taking those extra steps to:
