Dine with us in our highly anticipated restaurant, set in the rolling hills of South Downs National Park, in the picturesque village of Hambledon.
After a long wait, we're ready to open the doors of our new restaurant, bar and tasting room at the heart of our estate. Our restaurant will be open lunch through dinner, where Head Chef Nick Edgar and his team will curate ever-changing menus, championing seasonal produce, sourced from our rich local larder, and from our own kitchen garden.
Situated with stunning views of our historic chalk vineyards, flooded with natural light, the venue promises an experience like no other.

Our menus change with the seasons, making the most of what our land has to offer at any time of year- whether home grown, locally sourced or hand-foraged.
As such, our menus change frequently- our sample menu is a delicious guide, but may be different when you visit!
Chef Team
Led by Head Chef, Nick Edgar, previous Head Chef at Le Manoir Aux Quat Saisons and The Samling where, after just 9 months, he was awarded his own Michelin star.
Our Talented Chef team work together to create ever-changing menus, drawing from a wealth of collective experience, and a true passion for their craft.
