There's a particular kind of anticipation as midnight nears - the same hush before a cork releases. At Hambledon, we mean to celebrate it properly: English sparkling wine in hand, fireworks lighting the sky, music carrying you through the night. Care to join us?
As the year turns, accompany us on the estate for an evening that captures everything we love about Hambledon after dark. Expect cocktails, live music and hearty roaming plates that go well beyond canapés, all building to a midnight fireworks display over the vines. Raise a complimentary glass of sparkling as the sky lights up, then wander in for midnight sourdough pizza to see you into the New Year.

OYSTER BAR
Our oyster bar station is the star of the night. Plump, freshly shucked oysters are topped with Hambledon sparkling wine, poured straight into the shell for a crisp, briny, utterly decadent mouthful.
LIVE MUSIC & DANCEFLOOR
The Carterello band plays from arrival until 1am.
AT MIDNIGHT
A live fireworks display lights up the vineyard as you raise a second complimentary glass of Classic Cuvée to toast the New Year. Sourdough pizza, fresh from our pizza oven, follows to see you into 2027.
SPECIAL GUEST
Look out for a special magician, performing close-up tricks around the estate all night.

Oyster Bar: Our oyster bar station is the star of the evening. Plump, freshly shucked oysters are served with a splash of Hambledon sparkling wine poured straight into the shell, for a crisp, briny, utterly decadent mouthful.
Pulled Beef Sliders: Succulent, slow-cooked pulled beef, tender enough to melt in the mouth, piled high into soft brioche buns.
Scallop & Langoustine Fish Fingers: Sweet, delicate scallop and langoustine in a golden, crisp crumb.
Fried Mozzarella-Stuffed Padrón Peppers: Blistered Padrón peppers filled with oozing mozzarella and fried until irresistibly crisp.
Stuffed Chicken Wings: Juicy, golden chicken wings with a generous stuffing.
Roasted Celeriac with Apple Sauce: Tender, caramelised celeriac, roasted until deeply golden and finished with a silky, sweet apple sauce.
Further dishes will be revealed closer to the night, as we promise you won’t be leaving the estate hungry.
