With a front row seat to all the action, the Chef's Table is our new way to dine with us, right at the heart of the kitchen. Close enough to hear the sizzle, and close enough for our Head Chef Rob to tell you exactly why he's created this dish, with these ingredients, and why he's made it tonight. No hushed reverence, just good food, good wine, and Rob chatting you through the menu and dishes like he would a friend at his own table.
Tucked inside our oak-framed Restaurant, the Chef's Table sits just the other side of the glass from where the magic happens. It's cosy, it's close, and it's built for the kind of evening where good food and good company blur into one.
Our club members are invited to preview this new space across five dates in October. With only eight seats available per sitting, it's an exclusive chance to experience the Chef's Table before anybody else.
The Chef's Table will serve either a five or eight-course set menu, showcasing the very best of our local and seasonal produce. There is also a wine-pairing, matched glass by glass and showcasing the best of Hambledon’s award-winning sparkling wines, alongside an exceptional selection of wines from around the world.
Rob will be right there with you all evening, plating each course himself, bringing it to your table, and telling you the story behind it as he goes.
