We're excited to invite you to our first collaborative dinner at The Restaurant with our friends at London's renowned 'Quality Chop House'.
On Friday, 6th March, we're welcoming Executive Chef Shaun Searley into our kitchen to create a one-off menu, bringing together our individual heritages and shared enthusiasm for locally-sourced, seasonal produce in the heart of our historic estate.
Shaun and our Head Chef, Rob, met at South Downs college in 2003 and subsequently worked together at Paternoster Chop House. Since then, they have continued to work together throughout their careers and to this day, maintain a strong friendship.
The evening will begin with a glass of our Classic Cuvée, before settling in for a five-course menu designed to be a feast for all of the senses.
