Our Hambledon Zéro Dosage Rosé is produced exclusively from estate-grown Meunier grapes in the historic village of Hambledon in Hampshire.

Hambledon’s cool climate combined with ancient chalky soils creates an ideal terroir to show this grape’s true potential. This is a gastronomic Fizz, free from categorization, born from our winemaker’s artistry.

This is a fine example of the depth and complexity that Meunier can produce whilst showcasing an energy and freshness that can be independently served or paired with food throughout a meal.

A beautiful, vivid wild-strawberry pink with a hue of red onion skin on the rim. On the nose, magnolia blossom is followed stridently by perfumed wild-strawberry compote with hints of buttered white sourdough toast. The palate is rich and mouth filling with flavours of strawberry balanced by zingy tart cranberry and pithy Amalfi lemon notes. The texture is creamy with a clean, crisp, yeasty finish.

Testimonials

Hambledon’s inaugural rosé is truly a wonderful sight; warm and inviting with pink and orange hues. The bubbles are fine and very persistent. Aromas of fresh English strawberries leap out of the glass, with yeasty top notes and floral hints... The structure absolutely hits the mark – crisp up front with a wonderful creamy texture and mousse.

This is quite special... It’s dry and the acidity is pronounced, but the balance is really good. I think it’s right up there with the best from the UK.
