Winery Tour 2025

Explore behind the scenes at Hambledon Wine Estate
Join us as we go behind the scenes and explore Hambledon's gravity-fed winery and learn the process and considerations that go into making our award-winning sparkling wines. This tour takes place in both our winery and barrel room; the latter is not accessible on our public Tour and Tasting.
This guided Winery Tour will give you in-depth insight to the world of our Winemaker Felix Gabillet, and the decisions he makes throughout the year, including trying some samples from the tank and barrels. Perfect if you'd like a deeper understanding of English wine or are interested in studying Oenology.
The Winery Tour is led by one of our knowledgeable guides and there will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions. The group size is limited to 10 people.
Why not make a day of it and join us before your tour for lunch at The Restaurant? Experience our exceptional menu curated by our talented team of chefs, where local and seasonal produce is the star of the show, in our relaxed yet refined setting in the heart of our estate.
