At Hambledon, seasonal cooking is at the heart of everything we do. Our menus evolve throughout the year, inspired by the rich local larder of Hampshire, the South Downs and the produce foraged on our doorstep and kitchen garden. We are lucky enough to be surrounded by some of the UK’s best producers in the heart of the South Downs.

Led by Head Chef, Nick Edgar, previous Head Chef at Le Manoir Aux Quat Saisons and The Samling where, after just 9 months, he was awarded his own Michelin star.
Our Talented Chef team work together to create ever-changing menus, drawing from a wealth of collective experience, and a true passion for their craft.
Hear from our guests
Our menus change frequently to reflect the best of the season, so each visit offers something new to discover. Reservations can be made up to six months in advance, and we welcome enquiries for special occasions beyond this timeframe.
