Join us for an evening of learning and exploring new tastes and experiences with Rosie - vegan chef extraordinaire! - as she hosts her first POP UP Supper club at Hambledon Vineyard.
 
After an involuntary sabbatical from the stovetop, Rosie is so pleased to be returning to host her intimate food events. Since their inception in 2019, her 'Hungry Herbivores' supper clubs have continued to grow, appearing at different spots around Portsmouth and surrounding areas, yet the core intention of her events have remained unchanged...

"Exploring the potential of plant-based food, finding the nuisances in delicate flavour and making & creating from the raw ingredient has always been at the centre of the food. However, it is of equal importance to tell the story of these foods to you. Telling the tail of cuisines from countries have lived in and travelled to, that have inspired me; the knowledge behind and time taken to grow, to forage, to ferment these local and seasonal elements brings a new appreciation to our food that we are often disconnect from."

The People’s Lounge will be accompanying your food and fizz experience, setting the scene with ambient jazz from in the vineyard.
