John MobbsHambledon’s inaugural rosé is truly a wonderful sight; warm and inviting with pink and orange hues. The bubbles are fine and very persistent. Aromas of fresh English strawberries leap out of the glass, with yeasty top notes and floral hints... The structure absolutely hits the mark – crisp up front with a wonderful creamy texture and mousse.

This is quite special... It’s dry and the acidity is pronounced, but the balance is really good. I think it’s right up there with the best from the UK.
